We do not transmit or store your blood glucose (BG) or insulin data. If enabled, the App may read BG or insulin data on your device via Apple HealthKit, but such data is encrypted and never leaves your device.
Any insights or outputs from Subseven, including AI-generated responses, are for informational and educational purposes only.
Important: Subseven is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and must not be used as a substitute for professional healthcare.
1.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if 13–17.
The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
1.3 Accounts and Security
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure.
You are responsible for all activities under your account.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
1.4 Subscription, Fees, and Payments
Subseven is offered as a paid subscription via Apple’s in-app purchase system.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation must be done in your Apple ID settings.
Refunds are governed by Apple’s policies; we do not process refunds directly.
We may change subscription fees with advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
1.5 Permitted Use
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App.
Enter deliberately false or misleading data.
Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App or its outputs.
1.6 Third-Party Services
Subseven integrates with Apple HealthKit. Your use of HealthKit is subject to Apple’s policies.
We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or links.
1.7 Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription; you must cancel via Apple.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or unlawful use.
Fees are non-refundable except as required by Apple.
Certain provisions (e.g., disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity) survive termination.
1.8 Disclaimers of Warranty
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee:
Accuracy or completeness of insights.
That the App will be error-free or available at all times.
Any specific health outcomes.
1.9 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including health events, even if foreseeable.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Your sole remedy is to stop using the App.
1.10 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Subseven, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of:
Your use or misuse of the App,
Your violation of this Agreement, or
Any content or data you input.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflicts of law. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Pennsylvania.

Device & Usage Data: device type, OS version, crash logs, feature usage.

To personalize your experience.
